Photo Competition Rules for 20th Year Indonesian Presbyterian Church Randwick, Sydney, Australia.

1. No specific theme but must be of any aspect of the Indonesian Presbyterian Church including its activities, meetings, buildings, people, events, etc.
2. Free style (B/W or colour).
3. It can be digitally edited.
4. Any format eg. 4:3, medium format, etc, but all photos must be submitted in digital format (JPEG).

1. Photos must be sent via email to photo@ipc.org.au with owner's name, email and phone number for basic registration.
   
2. Each entrant may enter a maxiumum 20 photos per person.
3. Each photo must be titled/captioned for each photo is not part of a series of a theme otherwise the photos should be numbered in sequence if they are a series of a theme.
4. All photos must be entirely the owners self work.
   
5. Minimum 2 megapixel resolution.
6. All photos must be in JPEG format when submitted
7. Max 10MB per email and can send multiple emails to submit all photos
8. Final submission is Saturday, 26 July 2008 (but this is subject to change)

1. Judging will be by the nominees of IPC Photo Competition Sub-Commitee.
2. All judges' decisions are considered final
3. The winners will be notified by email.
4. Entry to the competition is free and no entry form is required but clearly include your name, email and phone number in each email photo submission .
5. Winner annoucement will be advised later with the Warta Jemaat.
6. All submitted photos become property of IPC and IPC will have the right to be able to use the photos in anyway it sees fit for future publications such as manna, poster, Christmas presents etc
